K4S or K4C?

The K4C Cruise is the light 400W option for relaxed paddling. The K4S Sport is for paddlers who need more push: heavier loads, two riders, headwinds, or longer distances. The two motors use different batteries. The K4S runs on the 48V Tedgix B15, and the K4C batteries (B2, B4, B8) do not work with it.

Wireless remote with cruise control

The included remote handles variable speed, one-touch cruise control, forward and reverse, left and right steering, and rudder trim. Its screen shows speed, voltage, current, RPM, and battery level, plus trip distance and a total odometer. Range is about 15 m (50 ft), standby is about 10 hours, and it charges over USB-C.

Runtime with the B15 battery

Tedgix rates the K4S with the 1526 Wh B15 battery at about 14 hours in economy mode, 1.9 hours at half throttle, and 1 hour at full throttle. Those are manufacturer test figures; real runtime depends on speed, load, wind, and current. The battery is sold separately.
