Our Warranty Commitment

NIXY products are designed and built to perform reliably for years on the water. We stand behind the quality of our equipment and provide warranty coverage against manufacturing defects under normal use.

3 Year Warranty — Paddle Boards (G5 & Newer)

All NIXY G5 and newer inflatable paddle boards include a 3 year limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship outside of normal wear and tear.

2 Year Warranty — Kayaks & Paddle Boards (G4 & Older)

NIXY inflatable kayaks and earlier generation paddle boards (G4 and older) include a 2 year limited warranty from the original date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects under normal use.

1 Year Warranty — Electric Pumps & Power Packs

All NIXY electric pumps and power packs include a 1 year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects and functional issues outside of normal wear and tear.

1 Year Warranty — Accessories

All NIXY accessories include a 1 year limited warranty from the date of purchase covering manufacturing defects under normal use.


Warranty Does Not Cover

The limited warranty does not apply to damage caused by misuse, improper storage, or normal wear and tear. Examples include:

  • Misuse of the product.
  • Products that were lost or stolen.
  • Damage caused by impact with rocks, docks, or shore break.
  • Normal wear and tear from regular use.
  • Damage caused by storing or mooring the board in water.
  • Damage caused by storage in temperatures above 90°F or below 32°F.
  • Damage to fins or fin boxes caused by impact.
  • Damage caused by prolonged exposure or storage in direct sunlight.
  • Damage caused by alterations or modifications.
  • Damage caused by mishandling including airline travel, improper transport, or dragging on rough surfaces.
  • Acts of God, fire, or other casualty events.
  • Failure to perform normal maintenance.
  • Use of the product for purposes other than those for which it was designed.
