Free U.S. Shipping on Orders $100+ (excluding watercraft)

We offer free standard shipping on orders of $100 or more within the Continental United States for eligible items. Orders under $100 are charged standard carrier shipping rates, calculated automatically at checkout based on destination and carrier.

Watercraft (Paddle Boards, Kayaks & Decks)

Due to size and handling requirements, inflatable decks, paddle boards and kayaks incur a flat oversized shipping fee of $35 per item. If your order includes an inflatable board or kayak, all additional gear in the same order ships free.

Shipping Origin & Transit Times

All orders ship from Southern California. Standard delivery typically takes 1–5 business days, depending on destination and carrier.

International & Non-Contiguous U.S. Shipping

Orders shipping outside the Continental United States may incur additional subsidized shipping charges, which are calculated automatically at checkout.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy on all NIXY products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund of the original purchase price.

NIXY Sports covers the cost of return shipping. Products must be returned in the same condition as received.

Holiday Returns: Products purchased between November 15 and December 31 may be returned until January 31 of the following year.

NIXY covers return shipping on products covered by warranty for up to 1 year from the date of purchase.
