Before You Begin
CAUTION:
- Ensure you use the pump in a dry environment away from water and moisture.
- Do not leave the pump unattended while in use.
- Also, check the maximum pressure recommended for your inflatable product before inflating.

To Inflate:

Power Connection:
Firstly, connect the DC plug into a 12V DC socket or use the alligator clips to attach to battery terminals. -
Attach the Hose:
Next, connect one end of the hose to the INFLATE port of the pump and the opposite end into the valve of your inflatable product. -
Select Pressure Unit:
Then, press the (PSI/BAR) pressure unit button to select the correct measuring unit. -
Set Desired Pressure:
After that, press the (+) or (-) buttons to select the desired final pressure (range from 0-20 PSI). -
Start Inflation:
Once you select the desired pressure, press the ON/OFF button to start inflating.
VENTUS will start working in the LOW-Pressure mode (1st stage). Once the pump reaches 1 PSI, it will switch to HIGH-Pressure mode (2nd stage). -
Adjust Pressure if Needed:
During the inflating process, you can adjust the final pressure by pressing the (+) or (-) buttons. -
Automatic Shut-Off:
Finally, VENTUS will shut off once it reaches the selected PSI. You can stop the pump at any time by pressing the ON/OFF button. -
Disconnect After Use:
After inflating, disconnect the pump from the power source.
NOTE: When the pump reaches its second stage, it will change to a louder noise and higher vibration level until reaching the desired PSI and shutting off automatically.
NOTE: Anytime you wish to stop the VENTUS while operating, simply press the OFF button. To start again, press the ON button for 3 seconds.
To Deflate:

Connect the Hose:
First, connect one end of the hose to the DEFLATE port of the pump and the opposite end into the HR valve. -
Start Deflation:
Next, press the ON/OFF button to begin deflation. -
Manual Stop:
Finally, you must press the OFF button manually to STOP deflating.
Troubleshooting Tips:
- Pump Not Turning On: Ensure the power connection is secure and your vehicle is running.
- Slow Inflation: Check for leaks in the hose or connections. Ensure the valve is fully open.
- Automatic Shut-Off Not Working: Verify that the desired pressure is set correctly and is within the pump's maximum limit.
Maintenance and Care:
- Clean Regularly: Wipe the pump with a dry cloth after each use to remove dust and debris.
- Store Properly: Keep the pump in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture.
- Check Connections: Regularly inspect the hose and power cord for any signs of wear or damage.
