Great electric pump

The pump has been excellent. The external battery (a separate purchased item) was defective but Nixy was great in making an easy exchange. Now I have a complete system. Thank you Nixy!

Great pump, minor issues with accessories

One of the best 12V SUP pumps you can buy! Many professional reviews have already done it justice with its active cooling, fast speed, and convenient carrying kit.

However, I had two issues with the included accessories. First off, it was a nice thought to supply a 12V alligator clip connector, but the included version does not have a fuse and is made with thin wire, creating a fire safety issue.

Second, the included H3 inflation adapter has too thick of a washer to use with a Red Paddle SUP inflation valve. This wasn't easy to figure out without a deep internet dive. Fortunately, one of the washers attached to a different inflation adapter worked after I switched it over. This fix should be stated in the instructions.
