Ventus Electric Pump Hose

I have the g4 Newport board and the electric pump + battery pack from Nixy. I realized for a year, I had attached the hose backwards and the hose eventually broke off - I contacted customer service who was very helpful and prompt in identifying my problem. I ordered a new hose, which I received the next day, and works perfectly! Thank you, Nixy team!

I’ve purchased 4 paddle boards over the last 2 years and multiple other items from nixy and have had no problems with products and customer service. They always pick up the phone when I call and are very helpful. I’m in the Phoenix metro area and every time I’ve ordered something it was on my doorstep within 48 hours. I feel like I have the best boards out on the Salt River thanks to Nixy.
