Good Paddle

Paddle is good. No issue with the paddle or shaft. Fits together nicely and adjustment is easy.
The handle however does not match what is shown in the photos - in photos it appears that it is made of the same material as the shaft, in reality it’s a cheap black plastic handle that doesn’t match the quality of the rest of the paddle. Guessing it used to be fiberglass/carbon but needed somewhere to cut cost. A bit disappointed by that but, even so, for the price, I don’t think you can beat this paddle.

Very satisfied!

I purchased the breakdown, lightweight NIXY G4 hybrid carbon fiber paddle for trips. I wanted something that would store smaller than my regular paddle, yet be light. I've used it several times now, testing it out. I'm impressed with it's light weight (much better than the original that came with an inflatable SUP I have for traveling.) When I'm paddling, I tend to switch quickly back and forth. The area at the top of the paddle is well designed to be as flat and smooth as possible. The one change/addition I plan to make is to add an elastic padded cover that I can slide over that top connection, in case I hit it as I switch (because I'm a princess of course). Love this paddle!

It is light weight, has a comfortable handle, looks great, and is very solid when in use all the things I was looking for to go with my first paddle board.
