The printed on finish is not durable at all. It arrived with part of the finish worn off just from being packed in the box. Putting a dry bag under the bungee cords also damaged the printed on finish. I questioned their support on the durability. Their response was.. Yeah, it'll scratch. They then tried to up sell me on some weird kickstand thingy and a huge beach blanket to protect the finish. I've got other boards with painted on finishes that do not have this problem. Also, the accessory mounts appear to be stuck on at odd angles. Like somebody didn't bother to make sure they were aligned when installing them. I asked their support what kind of clear coat I could apply and if their return policy would cover the lack of durability of the finish, they did not reply to those questions.
The board handles about as well as any other inflatable. But it is a lightweight board is not as stiff as some others. So if you're larger and or do speed work, this board does flop around a good bit. I'm thinking I'd have rather chosen another board, but I guess I'll keep it. Also, the fill valve being at the front makes it so the fin box gets stressed more when you roll it up. Not sure how that'll affect longevity.
