Before You Begin

CAUTION:

• Always use the board in a safe environment away from sharp objects.
• Never leave the board unattended while inflating.
• Additionally, always check the maximum pressure recommended for your board before inflating. (15 PSI)

To Inflate:

1. Lay Out the Board:
   First, unroll the board on a flat surface free of sharp objects.
2. Attach the Pump:
   Next, connect the pump hose to the valve on the board. Ensure the valve is in the correct position for inflation.
3. Start Pumping:
   Then, Inflate until the board is firm to the touch, up to 15 PSI.
4. Secure the Valve:
   Finally, once inflated, quickly secure the valve cap to prevent air from escaping.

To Deflate:

1. Open the Valve:
   First, unscrew the valve cap and press the valve stem to release the air.
2. Roll Up the Board:
   Then, start from the nose and roll towards the valve to expel all the air.
3. Pack the Board:
   Finally, once deflated, pack the board into the included backpack for easy transport.

Troubleshooting Tips:

• Board Not Inflating: Ensure the pump is securely attached to the valve and there are no leaks.
• Slow Inflation: Check for any obstructions in the pump or valve. Ensure the valve is in the correct position.
• Air Leaking: Ensure the valve cap is tightly secured. Check for any punctures or leaks in the board.

Maintenance and Care:

• Rinse After Use: Rinse the board with fresh water after each use to remove salt and debris.
• Dry Before Storing: Ensure the board is completely dry before storing to prevent mold and mildew.
• Store Properly: Keep the board in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
• Inspect Regularly: Regularly check the board, valve, and accessories for any signs of wear or damage.

Warranty

Your NIXY G5 board includes a 3 year limited warranty from the date of purchase covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. Included accessories carry a 1 year limited warranty. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, impact with rocks, docks or shore break, storage in water, in direct sunlight, or in temperatures above 90°F or below 32°F, alterations, or mishandling such as dragging on rough surfaces. Return Policy

You have 30 days from purchase to return your board for a refund of the original purchase price, and we never charge a restocking fee. If you change your mind, a flat $35 return fee applies and the original $35 shipping is not refunded. Boards must be returned complete, with the paddle, pump, leash and bag, in the same condition you received them. If your order arrives damaged or we made a mistake, we cover shipping both ways. Safety Warning

• Always wear a life jacket (personal flotation device).
• Do not use the board if you cannot swim.
• Avoid paddling alone, and always wear a leash.
• Do not use the board in adverse conditions.
• Be careful when paddling around sharp objects below the surface.
• Minors must be supervised at all times.
• Do not over-inflate or under-inflate the board.
• If a puncture or leak occurs, return to shore immediately.
• Do not use in white water or strong winds/currents.
• Do not use compressors. Over-inflation of the board will void the warranty. Use pumps designed for iSUPs.
