

Item Received, but not sent out when promised
I ordered the part for my paddleboard on 5/29. I received an email from Colleen at Nixy on 6/9 that said, "I am going through our orders and I don’t see a tracking number related to your order so I wanted to make sure that we sent it to you and that you received it. Please let me know." I responded that I had not received it and they sent it out right away. There seems to be some sort of disconnect that it took someone checking to see if there were tracking numbers to realize the an order was not sent out. I love my boards and am happy to be able to get replacement parts as needed, but the order process was less than smooth.
