Well constructed. Only problem was that the rubber washer is too thick. Had to trim it down to allow the screw to “catch” on the paddle board.

Easy to install & remove. Holds both my open reel & closed reel poles securely. I removed 1 star because I have the Monterey & thought I'd be able to attach this in any of the numerous screw mounts that came on the board but I can only attach this rod holder in the longer screw holes up by the bungee cords. Although I guess this might be more of a fault with the Monterey itself than this particular item.

The rod holder works great! I have two additional rod holders in the back when I’m trolling but this one up front is handy to have when changing lures/bait or when padding to another spot.

We are new to stand up paddleboarding and its all the new craze here in Arizona. None of our friends have a Nixy unfortunately, and after doing some research, this is what we went with. We couldnt be happier! I love all the accessories it comes with and I love the fact it uses the universal fin box. We were able to buy river fins for shallow water and if one breaks, its super easy to replace. I did not want a board with fixed fins. I love the action mounts, dual bungie system and the looks of it. Last but not least the backpack bag and carbon paddle are top notch. We've used them a lot in the short amount of time we've had them. So far no issues! Highly recommend to anyone looking to buy a quality product.
