1. Send Us Your Old Board (in Any Condition)

  • NIXY Boards: If you have an old NIXY board, you can either send us the entire board or cut out the center fin box with the serial number and send it to us.
  • Other Brands: If you have a board from another brand, please send us the entire board or cut out the center fin box and send it to us with the required information. 
  • Required Information: Please include your name, email address, and phone number with the board/fin when shipping it back to us.
  • Note: This is for the board only, no accessories are required.

    • Once we receive your old board or fin box, we will email you an exclusive coupon code so you can place your order online.
