Your board's center fin slides into a slot called a fin box. The most common one on inflatable paddle boards is the US fin box, sometimes labeled the US box or Universal box. If your board uses it, you can run any US-box fin in it, regardless of which company made the fin. That is what makes most center fins feel interchangeable.
Where universality breaks down is proprietary systems. A few brands use a snap-in or click-in fin that locks into a slot shaped only for their own fins. Those are convenient and tool-free, but they trade away cross-brand fit. A US-box fin will not click into them, and their fin will not slide into a US box.
