Terry cloth bath towels are thick, slow to dry, and trap sand. Turkish cotton uses long-staple fibers and a flat-weave construction, which dries quickly, shakes free of sand, folds compact, and softens with each wash. Better for beach, boat, and travel than bath use.

37 in x 69 in (95cm x 175cm), classified as Large. Wider than most NIXY standard towels (which are typically 35 in), giving extra surface for lounging or wrapping. The Mediterranean and Ocean Oversized are roughly double the area for shared blanket use.
