The NIXY Women's Rash Guard is a UPF 50+ performance shirt built for paddleboarding, SUP yoga, kayaking, surfing, and watersports. Made from 87% polyester and 13% spandex, it blocks 98% of UVA and UVB rays with four-way stretch, quick-dry performance, and a flattering athletic fit.

UPF (Ultraviolet Protection Factor) measures how much UV radiation the fabric blocks. UPF 50+ blocks 98% of UVA and UVB rays, the highest standard rating. Critical for long days on the water where sun reflects off the surface and reapplying sunscreen every 80 minutes becomes impractical.

Sizes XS through XL. The fit is engineered to flatter without restricting movement, so the shirt stays in place when you reach, paddle, or pop up on a surfboard. Layers cleanly under a PFD or wetsuit, and over a swimsuit.

The Women's Rash Guard comes in 7 colors: White, Black, Mint, Blue, Violet, Brown, and Beige. All colorways use the same UPF 50+ performance fabric.

Key features: thumbhole cuffs to keep sleeves in place and extend coverage over the hands while paddling, flat-lock seams positioned where arms cross the chest during paddle strokes to minimize chafe, four-way stretch fabric for full paddle and yoga range of motion, and quick-dry fabric that stays light wet or dry.

Machine wash cold. Rinse with fresh water after saltwater or chlorine use to preserve the fabric and UPF coating. Avoid hot dryer, bleach, and fabric softener, since these can degrade the spandex and UV-blocking treatment over time.

Wish the thumbhole openings were created 3/4" lower; said another way, the sleeve 3/4" longer. As is, I cannot use this benefit of securing the sleeves around my thumbs & affording the fabric's UV protection over back of my hands; there is too much pull on the neck from the sleeves making the shirt uncomfortable. Liked the concept, but just doesn't work for me as designed.

I love it. It is much lighter weight than the first one I ordered. The material is beautiful. The fit is nice. It’s snug but not too tight but not too loose. Just perfect.

The material is very nice. The color is perfect. It’s a Truman green not aqua. It’s lightweight. I’m very happy with it. The fit is very nice. Not too tight not too loose.

Great protection. Runs small (I think?)

I ordered this in Violet. It is not actually violet, but a more pale gray lilac color, and very beautiful all the same.

I am usually a size XS or S in tops for most brands. I wanted this to fit loosely over my swimsuit, so I sized up with a M. I was comfortable with the arms, they were nice and loose like I wanted, but the torso was very tight, almost skin-tight. I did not expect this when sizing up, but maybe I will order up to a size L next time. Perhaps my fault for not really considering the type of top I was buying!

Otherwise, great quality, lovely color, so happy with this overall. Just need to nail down my sizing. 😊
